The workflow: step by step

Step 1: Record and transcribe with Claap

Record your next sales call, customer call, or team meeting with Claap. It transcribes automatically.

Once the call is done, you have a full transcript. That transcript is the raw material for everything that follows.

You can paste the transcript directly into Claude, or if you are using the Claap MCP, Claude can pull it for you.

Step 2: Extract the story

Open Claude with the Taplio LinkedIn MCP connected and type something like:

Step 3: Draft the post

Tell Claude to turn the extracted story into a LinkedIn post:

Step 4: Review and tweak

Ask Claude to critique before you edit:

Use the LinkedIn Post Performance Critic skill to critique that draft. Is the hook strong enough? Is the structure clear? What would you change? Pull the current version from Taplio with the Taplio LinkedIn MCP first.
