Ask: “Do I feel calm even if the idea is bold?”

If yes → highest self.
If no → old fear.

Ask: “Do I feel God in this decision?”

If yes → aligned direction.
If no → ego survival.

I’ve had to learn that the thoughts that make me shrink, negotiate, spiral, or suddenly question are never truth… they’re just patterns created from a dysregulated nervous system created by elevated cortisol levels. 

The real guidance?

It feels like peace.
It feels like inevitability.

It feels like, “Yeah… of course this is the next step.”

And the more you choose the voice that expands you, the quieter the other one becomes.

You’re evolving fast.

Here’s how to shift it RIGHT NOW:

If you say, “I’m worried about revenue or sales,” you will create something to worry about.

“I’m so grateful I’m at my ideal weight.”
“I’m so happy now that I’m exactly where I want to be.”
“My body is consistently healing every single day.”
“I release what no longer belongs to me.”
“I invite ease and joy into my days and business.”

This will give you better outcomes and better opportunities.

Say, “I love how I showed up today.”
Every time you go to the gym, tell yourself: “I’m so happy to be here right now. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to increase my capacity and move at a new level. My body is healing and becoming stronger.”

Don’t complain about the pain or how sore your legs are.
Shift your inner dialogue to:
“I’m releasing stuck energy from my body.”
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow this muscle.”
