What I do for work - I niche out in hypergrowth scale-ups, talent networks and marketplaces, and companies that are undergoing massive amounts of tumultuous change. Today marks an incredible milestone in the AI Maturity Index journey.

When Iwo Szapar and I started building the ISG AI Maturity Index 18 months ago, we had a vision: make AI accessible to everyone. 

Since then, we've assessed 6,000+ users across 75+ countries and collected over 450,000 data points. But we always knew that to truly democratize AI readiness assessment, we needed a partner who could scale our impact globally.

Enter ISG (Information Services Group) - a company I've been getting to know over the past two years. After winning the ISG Women in Digital Award, I had the privilege of meeting the team and experiencing firsthand their commitment to research-driven insights and digital transformation. I've joked that I've been an "unofficial ISG member" for a while now - and today, I'm thrilled to make it official!

Wild doesn't even begin to cover it. 🚀

Two weeks ago at ISG (Information Services Group)'s Partner Summit in Miami, I sat down with Steven Hall, Chief AI Officer at ISG, to talk about their acquisition of the AI Maturity Index.

When we first started conversations about ISG bringing AIM into their portfolio, we knew the partnership made sense. 

ISG's global reach + enterprise relationships + AIM's practical framework for AI adoption = obvious synergy.

What we didn't anticipate? The VELOCITY.

The traction has been absolutely wild. 
- Partners are already integrating AIM into their offerings. 
- Enterprise clients are running their teams through assessments. 
- The feedback loop is moving faster than we could have imagined.

It's one thing to build something you believe in. It's another thing entirely to watch it take flight with the right partner behind it.
