Since I was a kid I have loved building stuff with my hands. 

My dad having his own workshop, let me play around with tools and various materials. 

It lead to a passion for technology and creating stuff. 

My dad got me into racing gokarts and formula/car racing from when i was 12 till i was 18. 

When I was 17 I got into MMA and have been having fights as well. 

I studied Mechanical engineering at Aalborg University for 3 years before I started my own company, DIC Group, during the summer before my 4th year. It was an incredible experience and I quickly saw that in the first 2 months of starting my own company that summer, I made more money that I would in half a year as a mechanical engineer. This, combined with my extensive background growing up in a workshop, allowed me to bet on myself and take the leap into DIC Group full time instead of finishing my studies. 

By age 22, I scaled DIC Group to 22 employees, $2 million (USD) in revenue, and made my first million in profit (DKK). Then, I experienced by biggest business hardship at the time when a massive contract went south. In the end it unfortunately cost me my company and ended in bankruptcy. Even though I felt like giving up, I refused to do so. I simply believe that the way to win is through perseverance. So, I got back up and took all of my learnings and experience into my next venture, Airflight.

Shortly after the bankruptcy I founded @Airflight together with a team ( now we are only 2 founders) with the aim of making ordinary people get an extraordinary experience by flying in a flying car.

We flew the flying car and got a lot of media attention that showed us an market opportunity within the Wind turbine industry for flying spare parts and tools. 

Airflight now applied for grants and investment to convert the flying car into an unmanned 100kg payload drone called the AF100. One of the largest quadcopters in the world. 

With the AF100 flying we raised capital and got more grants to build the AF200 a 200kg payload drone that would be able to solve multiple industry headaches. 

Unfortunately we crashed the AF200 in the midst of a funding round, forcing us to scale down operations. This crash seemed to be the end of Airflight. 

I have now partnered up with one of the best companies in Denmark, Jack Foged A/S, to head their sales efforts and deliver even more value to even more customers.

Having your headphones in with some of your favorite music and the just using share electricity to melt metal together.

Det er blevet mandag morgen og du har gået og tænkt hele weekenden "hvordan fanden skærer vi de rør smartere" 

Jamen du skal  tage og skrive til mig da vi hjælper flere kunder med at spare tid og penge på skæring og slibning af rør. 

Især store rør og tykke rørtykkelser kan vi skære og skærpe for jer samt lave udskæringer på Danmarks største 3D plamaskærer.

Hos os har vi lige løst en opgave for en af vores kolegaer i industrien som er klar til levering. Fuldt ansvar fra start til slut. 

De sidste 6 måneder har jeg brugt tid på at brede budskabet til mange af vores konkulegaer: Vi hjælper gerne med røropgaver.

Det giver mere værdi at sige ja til en ordre når man har en samarbejdspartner man kan stole på. Som tager hele opgaven uden mange administrative timer.

I værste fald tager man en opgave ind som ikke går som den skal. Fordi man ikke havde de rigtige folk. Eller ens projektleder bliver for overloaded. 

Det at kunne skrue kapaciteten op og ned fleksibelt og hurtigt, samtidig med at ansvaret ligger hos en pålidelig partner. Det er værdifuldt.  

Så selvom vi måske byder mod hinanden på projekter eller arbejder tæt op af hinanden i industrien. Tøv ikke med at række ud.

Det handler ikke om at tage hinandens kunder det handler om at yde service og hjælp til hinanden. 

Jeg kommer gerne forbi til en snak og ser om der kan være grobund for et samarbejde. 

De gode lange samarbejder starter med kemi og tillid. Noget vi i Jack Foged A/S ikke går på kompromis med.

Jack Foged — Vi elsker rør.

Nogengange så kræver store opgaver og store rør stort ansvar. 
Det ansvar er vi klar til i Jack Foged A/S. 

Har du et projekt med store rør og kræver en stabil og seriøs samarbejdspartner til design, fremstilling, installation og dokumentation så er vi her. 
Vi har eksisteret i 40 år og vi er frisk på 40 år mere.

Det er ikke kun vores kunder som opnår en fordel når vi præfabrikere store rør spools til montage det er også vores folk. 

Ved at præfabrikere rørspools så store som muligt opnår vi mindre svejsning på pladsen. 

Det betyder mindre svejsning i stilling som betyder bedre arbejdsmiljø for vores folk. 

Vi skal passe på vores medarbejdere og vi skal forsøge at lave den højeste kvalitet muligt samtidig med vi driver forretning. 

Derfor tror vi på præfabrikation. 

Som du kan se på billedet så er begejstringen stor når nogle af de største spools køres ud til montering. 

Her er det et spool på omkring 3tons. 
Passede som hånd i handske takket været vores dygtige folk.

Som den gode gruppe minds og 99 synger: Alle skuffer over tid. 
Denne dag skuffede jeg mig selv og mine kollegaer. 

Jeg svejste et rør sammen som ikke skulle svejses sammen. 

Jamen hvor dum kan man være tænkte jeg selv efter skaden var sket. 

Men et øjebliks uopmærksom og for meget iver om at komme i gang gjorde det. 

Måtte blive ekstra og rette min fejl på egen regning da det var det eneste rigtige at gøre efter sådan en fejl 40 ! 

moral of the story, vi fejler allesammen det er mere hvordan vi retter dem eller rejser os.

Fra ide til opmåling til fremstilling til montage til aflevering. 

Endnu et læs rør skal nu ud og monteres. 

Vi er stolte over endnu engang at være med til at bidrage til industriens spillere der bygger en bedre fremtid for os alle.

En af de bedste følelser er når solen står højt og blænder dig samtidig med der er rør der er færdig skåret klar til produktion. 

Arbejder du i industrien så kender du nok følelsen af at være med til at bygge ting og hvor tilfredsstillende det er.

For 10 år siden byggede jeg denne aluminiums afskærmning for en kunde. 
Det fik mig til at tænke på hvor langt jeg er kommet på ren og skær:

Vilje. 

Viljen til at forsøge. 

Viljen til at forsætte. 

Viljen til at lykkedes. 

10 år med hårdt arbejde og mange timer. 
Men den dag idag så mærker jeg frugten af det arbejde. 

Aldrig være bange for at ligge mere i det end hvad du umiddelbart ser du får ud af det, om ikke andet så får du erfaringen og den kan ingen tage fra dig.

Så er det blevet mandag morgen og det er blevet tid til at smelte rør sammen igen. 

Ethvert procesanløg med respekt for sig selv har svejste rør. 
Det kan være:

- Sort rør
- Rustfri rør
- Plastik rør

Allesammen med hver deres formål og applikation. 
Det som de alle har til fælles er at de alle sammen godt kan lide når vi i Jack Foged A/S svejser dem sammen.

Svejseren er tændt. Kaffen er sort. Og der er flere tons rør der venter.
Jeg hører folk sige de hader mandage.
Jeg forstår det ikke.
Mandag er den dag ugen nulstiller. 
Den dag du kan beslutte hvem du vil være den næste uge. 
Den dag konkurrenterne sidder og venter på fredag.
Mens vi allerede er i gang.
Jeg tror ikke på work-life balance som koncept. 
Jeg tror på at finde det arbejde hvor mandag føles som en gave og ikke en straf.
Det har taget mig 15 år at finde det. 
Men jeg fandt det i stål, svejsning og folk der møder op og leverer.
Hver eneste mandag.

Men selvom vi hele tiden fornyer os så ved vi godt at vi ikke kan leve uden vores dygtige medarbejdere. 
Dem som hver dag møder ind og sætter en ære i at være med til at bygge fremtidens proces anlæg. 
Dem som ofre timer fra deres familie når tidsplanerne på diverse projekter skrider. 

Selvom teknologien gør vores arbejde nemmere så skal vi ikke glemme det menneskelige i at gå på arbejde og yde en indsats for fælleskabet.

it is much much more important WHO you have!

without them life is not as good I am sure.

Something that I have struggled with for years and still do sometimes is the feeling of not feeling good enough. 

Like whatever you are doing and how great you are doing it seems to never be enough? 
It is also what makes you push hard to achieve big results but even when you reach the bar and look up again the bar have moved. 

Over the years I have found that it helped me to realize AND relate the bar not to where I want to go but to where I have been. 

Our minds can be our biggest asset or our enemy it really comes down to what we choose. 

Thought I would share a mental struggle for once.

En af de mest frusterende ting der kan ske som totalentreprenør er at tabe i et udbud men noget som er meget værre end det:

At vinde og tabe penge på projektet. 

Alle i industrien har prøvet det.... 

Det sucks ass ( som min bedste makker ville sige det) 

Som totalentreprenør så kan du ikke vide alt.
Samtidig er det ikke sikkert udbudsmaterialet er det bedste ( sorry til jer der laver udbud ). 

Men efter 40 år i branchen har Jack Foged A/S et hav af projekt data. Det data har Philip og Jacob udviklet en metode til at beregne priser på rørentrepriser. 

Derfor opfordre vi alle vores kunder og samarbejdspartnere om at involvere os tidligt i tilbudsfasen så vi sammen kan sikre at hvis i vinder udbuddet så taber i ihvertfald ikke penge på den del af projektet der har med rør at gøre. 

Vi tror på tidlig involvering da vi ved og har set gennem tiderne at det kan gøre forskellen på jubel eller gråd.

Stærke ledere formår at skabe organisationer der kan trives i konstant forandring hvilket er et påkrav mere end nogensinde når du kigger ud af vinduet på den verden vi lever i pt.

It’s a regulated brain.

When your nervous system is agitated,
your thinking becomes rigid.

Under stress, the brain prioritizes efficiency.

It narrows options.
It relies on old pathways.
It chooses what worked before.

That keeps you safe.
It doesn’t move you forward.

Cognitive flexibility lives in the prefrontal cortex.
And the prefrontal cortex goes offline under threat.

When the brain is calm, a different pattern emerges.

Neural networks communicate more fluidly.
Distant associations strengthen.
Perspective widens.

Calm brains compare.
Stressed brains conclude.

Innovation requires the ability to hold multiple possibilities
 without collapsing into the first one.

That capacity expands
when the parasympathetic system is active.

Heart rate steadies.
Cortisol lowers.
Executive function sharpens.
In that state you think differently.

Here’s how to increase cognitive flexibility:
1️⃣ Slow your exhale before big thinking
 Longer exhales activate vagal tone.
 Regulation restores executive function.

2️⃣ Ask “What else could be true?”
 This interrupts default pathways.
 Flexibility increases with alternative generation.

3️⃣ Shift state before strategy
 Walk. Stretch. Change posture.
 Physical regulation precedes mental agility.

You don’t innovate by pushing harder.
You innovate when your brain is calm enough
to see more than one path.

 Read outside your field.

 “What would make this impossible?”

Innovation isn’t about trying harder.

Original ideas rarely come from pressure.

They come from pattern disruption.

Most people try to innovate 
by pushing the same thinking harder.

❌ More analysis

But the brain doesn’t generate novelty
by repeating familiar patterns.

It generates novelty by breaking them.

The brain is a prediction machine.
Your neural pathways are built from repeated experiences.

The more something is repeated,
the more automatic the pathway becomes.

Efficient.
Fast.
Predictable.
But also…
Rigid.

Innovation requires the brain
to step outside those default pathways.

That process is called cognitive shifting.

The anterior cingulate cortex
detects when existing patterns fail.

It flags conflict.
That moment of friction is where creativity begins.

But most people shut that signal down.
They revert to familiar thinking.
They defend old models.
They protect what already works.

The brain stabilizes.
The idea dies.
Real innovators stay curious when the brain detects conflict.

They explore the signal instead of silencing it.

Here’s how to strengthen innovation thinking:
1️⃣ Expose your brain to unrelated domains
Breakthrough ideas often come
from unexpected combinations.

2️⃣ Ask pattern-breaking questions
“What assumption am I protecting?”

3️⃣ Reward curiosity over certainty
Curiosity keeps the brain exploring
instead of defending.

Innovation rarely appears inside the same thinking
that built the current system.

When someone believes in you,

Write one thing you improved each week.
Your brain needs evidence of progress.

2/ Ask for stretch, not validation
“What skill would make me more valuable here?”
Growth questions increase agency.

3/ Create one safe advisor
A mentor, peer, or coach.
External belief stabilizes internal confidence.

Toxic bosses shrink people.
Healthy leaders expand them.
If no one invested belief in you early,
it does not mean you cannot build it now.
Because belief changes the brain.

Get so invested in your own growth

that you don’t have time to keep score.

Because toxic bosses love scorekeeping.

They keep track of who they “saved.”
Who they “fixed.”
Who they “carried.”

They rewrite your work.
They take over your project.
They correct you in public.

Then they act like you should be grateful.

If you get pulled into that game, you lose twice.

You lose time.
And your nervous system stays trapped in threat.

The brain hates unfairness.
It lights up stress circuitry fast.

1/ Keep a Growth Log, not a Grievance Log
Every day, write:
• What I learned
• What I improved
• What I shipped
• What I would do differently next time
This retrains your brain to seek agency.
Agency reduces threat.

2/ Build a “Proof File”
Create a folder called Proof.
Drop in:
• wins
• feedback
• deliverables
• numbers
• screenshots of praise
This is not ego.
This is protection.
When a toxic boss tries to distort reality,
you have receipts.

3/Preload one boundary sentence
Pick one line and practice it until it’s automatic.
Try:
“I can do it. I’ll send a draft by Wednesday for your input.”
Or:
“If you’d like to own it, you can take it.
If you’d like me to own it, I need decision rights.”
Calm. Clear. Clean.

4/ Recover on purpose
Toxic bosses create lingering stress.
If you don’t discharge it, it leaks into your work.
After a hit:
Long exhale.
Shoulders down.
Two minutes of walking.
Signal safety.
Then get back to building.

Toxic bosses want you reactive.
Scorekeeping keeps you reactive.
Growth makes you untouchable.

If it needs to be right every time...

It isn’t leadership. It's toxicity.

I’ve worked with bosses who had an answer for 
everything and a correction for everyone.

They “clarify” in public.
They interrupt mid-sentence.
They rewrite your work in front of you.
They talk like certainty is competence.

And your body feels it.
Because the brain treats social threat like physical threat.

Stress shows up fast.
Before language.
Before choice. 

The body tightens.
Attention narrows.
Memory gets patchy.
Speech gets harder. 

So how do you armor yourself when leaving isn’t an option?

1/ Most stress at work isn’t random.
It follows patterns. 
Run a simple experiment:
What was the context?
What did they do?
What did your body do first? 

The brain feels safer when it can predict.
Observation creates prediction.
Prediction creates safety. 

2/Have a tactic ready
You don’t rise to the occasion.
You default to what’s preloaded.
Pick ONE tool for the moment they swing.
My go-to:
Inhale through the nose.
Slow exhale.
Brief pause at the bottom. 

Or widen your vision.
Notice the edges of the room.
Wide vision signals safety. 
Then buy time.
“I’m going to think about that.”
“I want to be precise. Let me come back to you.”
Pauses restore choice. 

3/ Recover after the hit
This is where people lose weeks of their life.
The meeting ends.
The water stays. 

So close the stress cycle on purpose.
Say to yourself:
“That’s over.”
Slow breath out.
Move your shoulders. 

You’re telling your nervous system:
The event is done.
Toxic bosses who “know everything”
make everyone else feel small.

Your job is to stay intact.
Track the pattern.
Use one tool.
Drain the stress.

Technology is Killing Your Brain

Closing a client doesn't start with a perfect pitch.

It usually starts with a simple conversation.

One of my clients shared this screenshot with me.
He posted that he signed a client.
Not from a funnel.
Not from an ad.
Not from some complicated launch.

From reaching out and starting a conversation.
That’s it.

And in the comments he added something that mattered more.

He said he landed that client 
within 30 days of working together.

The brain does not move toward pressure.
It moves toward safety and relevance.

When outreach feels pushy
the nervous system closes.
When it feels human curiosity opens.

That is why most DM strategies fail.
They try to force a sale
before the brain has decided you are safe to talk to.

When we rewired his approach we focused on three things:
1️⃣ Real conversations
Not scripts. Not pitches. Questions that create space.

2️⃣ Nervous system safety
No pressure. No agenda. Just connection first.

3️⃣ Precision over volume
Talking to the right people
instead of messaging everyone.

Something interesting happens when this clicks.

How to lose your team in 10 seconds.

Start with ego.

The first thing Jen did on her first day
as Director was get on the phone
and gossip loudly about the team.

“I’m the Director.
I tell people what to do.”
Everyone heard it.

That was our introduction.

Not vision.
Not collaboration.
Not curiosity.

Authority.
Broadcasted.

Here’s what leaders miss.
The brain makes safety judgments in seconds.

Before strategy.
Before org charts.
Before performance reviews.

Tone decides everything.

When someone leads with dominance,
the nervous system shifts.

Amygdala activation rises.
Social threat increases.
Psychological safety drops.
People stop offering ideas.

No one pushed back.
But something changed.

Conversations got shorter.
Emails got safer.
Risk-taking disappeared.
Compliance replaced commitment.

Leadership is a nervous system event.
If your first signal is
“I tell people what to do,”
the team hears
“I’m not here to understand you.”

Trust narrows immediately.

What could she have done instead?
Start with curiosity.
Ask,
“What’s working?”
“What’s broken?”
“What do you need from me?”
Curiosity lowers threat.

Second, regulate your presence.
Slow speech.
Steady tone.
Open posture.
The brain reads these as safety cues.
Safety increases engagement.

Third, earn authority.
Influence grows when people feel seen.
Direction lands better after connection.
Leadership isn’t declared.
It’s demonstrated.

Jen may have had the title.
But culture starts with the first signal you send.

People don’t follow hierarchy.
They follow nervous system safety.

How to lose your team in ten seconds. 

Your robotics company doesn’t need more attention.

It needs traction.

A lot of founders think great tech will sell itself.
It won’t.

Buyers are busy.
They’re distracted.
They’re skeptical.

They’re not going to decode your value for you.
So what happens?

Demos happen.
Meetings happen.
Pilots drag.
Follow-ups die.
Revenue stays flat.

If your site isn't AEO ready, 

then you're already behind.

Most businesses still aren’t ready.

They think they’re covered because they have content.
Blogs
Service pages
Case studies
FAQs

But content alone doesn’t make you discoverable.
AEO isn’t just about writing.

It’s about whether your site is built so AI can:
Crawl it
Understand it
Pull from it confidently
Connect it to the right topics

This is where most sites break.
The front end looks fine.
But the backend is missing things like:
✅ Schema markup
✅ Metadata
✅ Internal linking
