- Led a team of 3 data engineers, driving technical planning and architecture discussion, which resulted in the successful delivery of 27 marketing data pipelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Architected highly scalable data pipelines to process real-time and batch petabyte-scale datasets for 10+ event types used by executives to support business decisions and fuel the main dashboard with key business metrics such as DAU, Installs, Payments.
- Influenced product and cross-functional (engineering, marketing, strategy) teams to identify data opportunities and gaps, which led to exceeding the SLA in data quality by increasing data accuracy to 99.99%.

- Collaborated with the Product Owner and contributed approximately 20 new features, including new metrics for the marketing data-driven applications, utilizing DB2, Docker, SQL, and Python.

- Developed cost-effective data pipelines in Databricks / Azure for a world-recognized marketing agency to calculate marketing metrics for users, such as CTRs, conversion rates, and visits, by aggregating data from different marketing tools.
- Architected and implemented from scratch logging, monitoring, and alerting flows for Data Pipelines to triage issues and resolve them in Azure, using Databricks, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
- Owned the end-to-end technical implementation of CICD processes from beginning to production in Azure Data Platform, which led to reducing the nightly incidents from 8 per month to 1 per month.

In 2021, DB Best was split, and Amazon acquired one part of it. The second part moved to ABCloudZ.

How can I make a difference for your company?

1️⃣ Business first. My primary focus is on how my delivery is suitable for stakeholders. Is it convenient for BA / Product? Is it accurate? Is it future-ready? What are the project's priorities and constraints? I tend to ask 1-3 critical questions before implementation. If needed, I will add a pros and cons/tradeoffs story to prevent misunderstanding. Then, I am fully committed to the results we decided on.

2️⃣ Architecting & Delivering. I have a solid grasp of fundamentals, data concepts, and diagramming. Additionally, I am fluent in SQL and Python coding. So, I can flexibly switch between coding-focused tasks and higher-level system design challenges. For example, in the morning, I plan to present the architecture diagram for the PoC in LucidChart for the new AI-driven pipeline. After lunch, I will refine the PySpark pipeline to process a dataset of over 1 billion records. Before the evening, I may investigate the production incident and document findings.
