Responsible for leading the UX and visual design team for the creation and delivery of mobile applications. Focussed on applying Lean UX principles and methodologies such as UCD by introducing processes to improve overall UX.

Responsibilities:

- Heading the interactive and UX design team
- Balancing a user-first ethos with business and product objectives, ensuring alignment
- Testing and measuring efficiency and effectiveness of usable interfaces
- Researching, wireframing, prototyping, behavioural studies and user testing
- Liaising directly with clients throughout the UX design process
