Every ad needs a specific problem or use case paired with a customer avatar.

"Teenager with hormonal acne" = one angle
"Adult woman with cystic acne" = another angle

Generic "acne" messaging won't register. You need their internal vocabulary.

Case study from Qure: We tried generic acne messaging for months. One day, we used the words "ice pick scars" in a video. Went from zero to $10K/day spend on that one ad.

That's the language people actually use internally. It resonated.

Finding your angles: Call your customers. 30-40 minute conversations reveal hidden gems. "I bought this because I was hoping it would solve THIS." You'll discover use cases you never imagined.

PART 2: AWARENESS LEVELS

Eugene Schwartz's 5 levels: completely unaware, problem aware, solution aware, product aware, most aware.

Wrong message at wrong awareness level = wasted ad spend.

Unaware ads have the lowest ROAS but unlimited scale potential and longest lifespan. Most aware ads have the highest ROAS but limited scale and quick fatigue.

If your ads are fatiguing fast, you're probably at level 4-5. Go lower in the funnel.

PART 3: CREATIVE VARIABLES

Once you have an angle that works, scale it spherically.

Different creators: young, old, male, female, different ethnicities.
Different formats: UGC, testimonials, product demos, podcasts.

Same messaging, different delivery.

One angle × 3 formats × 5 diverse creators × 5 awareness levels = dozens of creatives speaking to everyone at the right time, right place, right message.

Pro tip: 70-80% of our ads run from the creator's account (whitelisting). Cheaper CPAs, longer-lasting ads.

I felt this for years.

Businesses were growing, money was coming in. From the outside, it looked like success.

Things started ACTUALLY happening.

I attracted my dream wife, built a personal brand I'd subconsciously been avoiding, launched a coaching business rooted in alignment, and we did $1M in a single day without forcing or burning out.

When alignment came first, outcomes followed.

You're right. You're always one decision away from a different life.

For me, that decision was stopping the betrayal of my own standards.

You need to realise that along the way to getting rich, there are certain debts you have to pay.

The debt of learning, the debt of success.

I have a friend who started a shoe brand in July 2024.

First few months, they couldn't find product-market fit. Tested different avatars, different angles, different positioning. Eventually found something that gave them breathing room.

They were doing $2K-$3K/day in revenue with 6-7% profit margins and were just above breakeven.
