At 26, I lost $5 MILLION overnight.

My biggest retail client, a billion-dollar retailer, went bankrupt. All those unpaid invoices, all that inventory sitting in warehouses... gone.

I have a friend who started a shoe brand in July 2024.

THE CONSTRAINT

There's a psychological phenomenon called semantic satiation. When consumers see the same generic messaging repeatedly, their brains literally can't register your ad anymore. It becomes invisible.

Everyone's copying everyone, using the same language, wondering why nothing converts.

We break this into 3 parts.

PART 1: ANGLE ARCHITECTURE

Every ad needs a specific problem or use case paired with a customer avatar.

"Teenager with hormonal acne" = one angle
"Adult woman with cystic acne" = another angle

Generic "acne" messaging won't register. You need their internal vocabulary.

Case study from Qure: We tried generic acne messaging for months. One day, we used the words "ice pick scars" in a video. Went from zero to $10K/day spend on that one ad.

That's the language people actually use internally. It resonated.

Finding your angles: Call your customers. 30-40 minute conversations reveal hidden gems. "I bought this because I was hoping it would solve THIS." You'll discover use cases you never imagined.

PART 2: AWARENESS LEVELS

Eugene Schwartz's 5 levels: completely unaware, problem aware, solution aware, product aware, most aware.

Wrong message at wrong awareness level = wasted ad spend.

Unaware ads have the lowest ROAS but unlimited scale potential and longest lifespan. Most aware ads have the highest ROAS but limited scale and quick fatigue.

If your ads are fatiguing fast, you're probably at level 4-5. Go lower in the funnel.

PART 3: CREATIVE VARIABLES

Once you have an angle that works, scale it spherically.

Different creators: young, old, male, female, different ethnicities.
Different formats: UGC, testimonials, product demos, podcasts.

Same messaging, different delivery.

One angle × 3 formats × 5 diverse creators × 5 awareness levels = dozens of creatives speaking to everyone at the right time, right place, right message.

Pro tip: 70-80% of our ads run from the creator's account (whitelisting). Cheaper CPAs, longer-lasting ads.

The Scaling Spherical System  How we scaled Qure to $100K/day in ad spend. 

I felt this for years.

Businesses were growing, money was coming in. From the outside, it looked like success.

Internally, I knew the truth. I was engaging in low-frequency behaviors like late nights, distractions, numbing, and chasing stimulation. Nothing was technically wrong, but I could feel I was living below my real capacity.

There was always a quiet awareness that I wasn't operating as the man I respected.

So I stopped asking when I'd be ready and ran an experiment.

I took what I call a reverse gap year. I removed everything that lowered my frequency. No substances, no chaos, no environments that diluted me.

Just one question: What happens if I only do things that keep me in a high-frequency state?

I focused on training daily, eating to protect my energy, regulating my nervous system, telling the truth to myself, and doing work that felt clean and aligned.

As my frequency stabilised, something unexpected happened. Decisions became obvious, resistance disappeared, and things I'd been avoiding for years started to feel natural.

Things started ACTUALLY happening.

I attracted my dream wife, built a personal brand I'd subconsciously been avoiding, launched a coaching business rooted in alignment, and we did $1M in a single day without forcing or burning out.

When alignment came first, outcomes followed.

You're right. You're always one decision away from a different life.

For me, that decision was stopping the betrayal of my own standards.

You need to realise that along the way to getting rich, there are certain debts you have to pay.

The debt of learning, the debt of success.

With each mistake, you lose money and pay down your debt to success by learning something new through your mistakes, failures, and setbacks.
