An ambitious, organized, problem solving team leader and mentor of territory sales managers that improved sales by 1.5x despite product manufacturing challenges, supply chain disruptions, and unusual sales cycle adjustments. We achieved success through new business development, product management, inventory solution selling, and and improved regional sales process. This required business planning for each territory to transition from direct sales rep to hybrid-virtual business to business sales managers.
