Always looking for new problems to help solve

I grew up in Hong Kong and this forever informed my world view. From an early age I learned that people come from all different walks of life and to always ask questions to find my way around. 

My true passions are meeting interesting people, solving problems and listening to stories. I geek out on expansion strategy and believe the world is a big place with lots of opportunity, but also a small place where it really helps to know the right people. 

My mission is to help brands, founders and sales teams tell compelling stories that inspire; design playbooks that scale efficiently and build concrete centers of truths for revenue systems. My hope is to share my knowledge about social selling and customer data management so others can scale successfully and save time.

I rely on intuition, optimism and testing hypotheses to better understand data and inform future-forward decision making. I understand sales data management better than most I know, especially as it pertains to multi-location, channel based or non-traditional business development.
