This new role was created to support the efforts of a non-profit organization in creating a private training institution for digital skills training. 

The Student Success Coordinator was tasked with creating and maintaining a positive learning experience for future, current, and past students of the Digital Marketing Bootcamp program.

In this capacity, I helped with prospecting, engaging with, and onboarding new program students. I created a makeshift enrolment process using no-code tools to reduce processing times from 16 business days to five business days. In the process, I also fashioned a light-duty CRM using project management software (Trello) that held almost 2000 new accounts during my tenure.

I also launched inbound and outbound communication channels to better reach students. I managed over 100 email messages, 20 voice messages and text messages daily using a VOIP program (OpenPhone) to manage relations with over 5000 unique students. 

I also performed other cross-functional duties to support the needs of the program, including but not limited to webinar hosting, online event facilitation, and marketing phone interviews.
