After more than a decade in SaaS, leading CS teams, building onboarding playbooks, and navigating the emotional pressure of being “the glue” - I realized something:

•	Successfully led an Accelerated Sourcing program for a Tokyo SE50 Global Tire Giant delivering $ 4.1Mn in savings over 10 months on Direct Class B & Indirect (Logistics, Marketing, HR, IT, MRO & Professional Services) spend baseline of $ 80Mn across 6 entities in Thailand.
•	Designed best-in-class procurement organization with end-to-end process flows & SOPs - S2C & P2P for Dubai’s largest real estate organization.
•	Designed & conducted a successful Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program for one of the prominent private sector banks in India for their entire third-party vendor portfolio
•	Developed a successful sourcing strategy for revamping the equipment servicing portfolio for one of the largest healthcare companies in Australia to deliver a savings of $ 1.4Mn on a spend baseline of $ 9.1Mn over a span of 3 months.
•	GEP’s SE Asia’s Procurement Strategy/ Services Revenue & P&L – Part of the core team responsible for end-to-end consultative sales process including managing client pitches, developing solutions & securing client’s Leadership buy in.
•	Contributed to net ARR of $ 1.6M in sales across multiple geographies including India, Malaysia & Australia
•	Successful in securing the highest ever India-based ‘Accelerated Sourcing and Procurement Transformation’ deal with a business of $830K in revenue to GEP with the largest aluminum and alloy conductor manufacturer in the world.

Conceived, created, and implemented a long-term category management plan for MRO, Capital & Professional Services category
