From my personal experience, some of the most valuable connections in my career didn’t start in an inbox.
Yes, most conversations begin through emails, Telegram messages, or quick calls. They’re efficient and necessary. But they don’t always show you the person behind the screen.
What I’ve learned over time is that real alignment happens face to face.
Meeting someone in person changes everything. You see their energy. You understand their vision better. You build trust in a way that no message thread can replicate.
In Barcelona, I had the opportunity to meet Katja Hartog from Clicks Talent in person. What started as a simple business conversation became something more meaningful.
