In our 15+ years of partnership with the client, we increased their customer base and reduced operational costs by successfully delivering key strategic projects. This included client onboarding of premier clients such as Amazon, eBay, Samsung, Google, Apple,  T-Mobile, and PCS Metro, launching mobile protection programs with Comcast Xfinity, and offering extended access to AppleCare services to millions of T-Mobile customers.
