I grew up in a remote town in Maharashtra, went to a Tier 2 college & took a lot of unconventional routes to land up a one-way flight to Bangalore— all of it for the right opportunity.

Opportunity to build something that I truly find joy in & want to spend a considerable portion of my life. Sure - like most of my inner circle of friends, I was ambitious, but none of it would have happened if Bengaluru had not given me the “Opportunity”.

I’m grateful to be able to live my dream, build products that impact so many lives over the last couple of years & be part of the India story.

Achiever's Network (ACHNET)

As the Growth Product Manager at Achnet, I lead the end-to-end lifecycle encompassing problem discovery, user research, scoping, development, testing, and rollout. Collaborating closely with design, engineering, and QA teams, we've achieved a 90%+ internal satisfaction rate for feature deliveries.​

I developed and implemented product positioning and pricing strategies. By authoring PRDs and BRDs, I aligned over five stakeholders, streamlining the delivery process. A notable achievement includes leading a redesign initiative that reduced support tickets by 32% through UX enhancements.​

Executing A/B tests led to a boost in engagement and an uplift in conversions. Integrating lead magnets improved conversion rates, and supporting presales with demos and technical insights contributed to an increase in client acquisition.​

Conducting competitive research and market analysis played a role in achieving an increase in market share. Additionally, I monitored technical SEO and created a roadmap that enhanced website SEO metrics by approximately 50%, resulting in an increase of over 3,000 monthly visitors.

Executed site audits, competitor analyses, and keyword research, resulting in a 15% boost in domain authority and the acquisition of 20+ high-quality backlinks.
