I grew up in a remote town in Maharashtra, went to a Tier 2 college & took a lot of unconventional routes to land up a one-way flight to Bangalore— all of it for the right opportunity.

Opportunity to build something that I truly find joy in & want to spend a considerable portion of my life. Sure - like most of my inner circle of friends, I was ambitious, but none of it would have happened if Bengaluru had not given me the “Opportunity”.

I’m grateful to be able to live my dream, build products that impact so many lives over the last couple of years & be part of the India story. 

Currently, I am building GrowthX, a community that helps you be around people who are smarter than you, learn key skills & crack your next breakout role. -> delivering feedback through text,mail,call and through zoom sessions
-> making sure BDE’s are adhering to the feedback
-> closely tracking down performance and improvement of BDE’s

Vedantu is an Indian online tutoring platform where teachers provide tuitions to students over the internet, using a real-time virtual learning environment named WAVE (Whiteboard Audio Video Environment) a technology built in-house. It is said to operate on a marketplace model for teachers, where students can browse, discover and choose to learn from an online tutor.

Some of the common responsibilities which i followed religiously were 
-> meeting the daily,weekly and monthly target
-> making cold calls and dialling assigned leads
-> visiting schools and relatives for lead generation and referrals
-> meeting talktime and lead dials target
-> closing deals through online demo and booking home demos
-> regular home demo conduction
-> customer feedback and customer satisfaction.
