I grew up in a remote town in Maharashtra, went to a Tier 2 college & took a lot of unconventional routes to land up a one-way flight to Bangalore— all of it for the right opportunity.

Opportunity to build something that I truly find joy in & want to spend a considerable portion of my life. Sure - like most of my inner circle of friends, I was ambitious, but none of it would have happened if Bengaluru had not given me the “Opportunity”.

I’m grateful to be able to live my dream, build products that impact so many lives over the last couple of years & be part of the India story.

Learning Experience

As a Senior Associate, I execute content development projects by coordinating between industry experts, professors, video producers and graphic designers. It includes translating the knowledge of experts and professors into a structured learning experience that meets the specific outcomes desired by the learner. 

Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality content for online courses on business management or related topics
- Understand the industry requirements and design courses to help students achieve career outcomes
- Quickly learn complex concepts and ensure quality of content, instructional design and overall course experience
- Create Course Instructor Persona and build a network of leading SMEs/Profs with the team
- Collaborate with business development team to meet content production deliverables
- Define & structure content development process; work with educational content across all levels
- Work closely in a cross-functional environment, with teams including research assistants, video producers, scriptwriters etc

Senior Associate - Learning Experience

I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee)

I-PAC is a cross-party advocacy & campaign management firm that was born out of CAG (Citizens for Accountable Governance), an organisation that played a major role in 2014 General Election Campaign for NDA. Post its inception, I-PAC has worked under various capacities in the Indian states of Bihar, Punjab, UP, Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi, Tamil Nadu & West Bengal.

Major Projects:
Maharashtra Assembly Elections & General Elections - 2019
- Responsible for development of campaign strategy, management of campaign modules & engagement of 9 crore voters through major online & offline outreach programs 
- District Lead for campaign supervision, stakeholder management, field intelligence & strategic planning across 6 Assembly Constituencies (AC) of Aurangabad 
- Recruitment, training & supervision of ground level teams of 50 interns in each AC for surveys, campaign execution & BTL marketing activities

Aditya Thackeray’s Jan Aashirwad Yatra (JAY)
- Team Lead for conceptualization & management of JAY in the districts of Jalna & Nanded
- End-to-end planning of all campaign modules, route planning of the cavalcade, liaising with external stakeholders & party representatives for brand management & campaign execution

West Bengal Project 
- Coordinated with a team of 30 members to create a database of 30,000 neutral influencers in 6000 habitations spread across 21 districts for execution of ‘Didi Ke Bolo’, a grievance redressal campaign

Project Management Unit, Hyderabad
- Collaborated with UP & MP teams to develop the State Deck, PC reports, handling regional social media properties & performing A/B testing on various user engagement techniques on the Campaign for India mobile app
- Developed a statistical model for pre-poll analysis of MP Assembly Election (2018) by sampling data and trends from a set of representative constituencies; achieved 95% precision in prediction of results

Core Team Member

The Mars Society India

Co-Head - Mechanical Subsystem  
Development of an all-terrain semi-automatic vehicle intended to be used as a planetary exploration rover
- Designed and fabricated an Articulated Robotic Arm capable of lifting objects up to 3.5 kg
- Designed and built a test model of an under-actuated robotic gripper, leading to ease of precision tasks and sample collection
- Carried out static and dynamic structural analysis on the robotic arm and optimized its weight using Ansys Mechanical and COMSOL Multiphysics
- Responsible for the fabrication and assembly of the rover; organised exhibitions and demonstrations for the team at various university and national level events

Mechanical Subsystems Engineer

Central Scientific Instruments Organization

Involved in the development of an indigenous MEMS based Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS), a DRDO project for defense applications. Accomplished IMU sensor interfacing and developed Kalman Filter to obtain the real-time attitude data of any flying vehicle.
