I grew up in a remote town in Maharashtra, went to a Tier 2 college & took a lot of unconventional routes to land up a one-way flight to Bangalore— all of it for the right opportunity.

Opportunity to build something that I truly find joy in & want to spend a considerable portion of my life. Sure - like most of my inner circle of friends, I was ambitious, but none of it would have happened if Bengaluru had not given me the “Opportunity”.

I’m grateful to be able to live my dream, build products that impact so many lives over the last couple of years & be part of the India story. 

Currently, I am building GrowthX, a community that helps you be around people who are smarter than you, learn key skills & crack your next breakout role. A large part of my work involves curating new members, defining the learning experience and getting founders and growth leaders to accelerate their companies & careers.

With over six years’ experience across business development, sales, procurement and stakeholder management, I’ve worked with diverse teams and clients across India and international markets, driving measurable growth through strategic relationship-building, commercial acumen, and a strong focus on execution.

I’ve successfully negotiated long-term contracts, expanded supplier and client networks, and grown pipelines by over 35 %, consistently exceeding targets through data-driven strategy and human connection. My background in mechanical engineering adds a structured, analytical edge to my sales approach — helping me navigate complex products and services with ease.

Now based in Melbourne, I’m excited to bring this experience to dynamic Australian organisations — contributing to growth stories, forging meaningful partnerships, and creating impact from day one.
