I grew up in a remote town in Maharashtra, went to a Tier 2 college & took a lot of unconventional routes to land up a one-way flight to Bangalore— all of it for the right opportunity.

Opportunity to build something that I truly find joy in & want to spend a considerable portion of my life. Sure - like most of my inner circle of friends, I was ambitious, but none of it would have happened if Bengaluru had not given me the “Opportunity”.

I’m grateful to be able to live my dream, build products that impact so many lives over the last couple of years & be part of the India story. 

Currently, I am building GrowthX, a community that helps you be around people who are smarter than you, learn key skills & crack your next breakout role. Over 5,000 vetted professionals from companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Apple, Jio, HUL, ITC, Coca-Cola, and more trust GrowthX to grow their careers.

Thrilled to share that Bolna (YC F25) has raised $6.3M led by General Catalyst 🎉

I joined Bolna's tech team 5 months ago to help build voice AI for everyone, and what a ride it's been.

Prateek Sachan and Maitreya Wagh made me feel at home from day one - with complete freedom to own problems and solve them end-to-end.

If you'd told me where we'd be today vs when I joined, I wouldn't have believed it. Back then, we were firefighting daily - things breaking in production, urgent customer requests coming in non-stop. Chaos, basically.

But I guess I found the right breed of people - ones who thrive in this chaos and actually enjoy the thrill of building something from scratch.

One moment that stuck with me: I once asked Prateek, "How do you know what to solve first when there are 100 problems?"

His answer was simple - "Talk to customers firsthand. You'll know."
That single piece of advice helped me grow more as an engineer than anything else.

This is still just 0→1. The exciting part is taking it from 1→100.
