Hot take: Your audience of founders, VCs, and operators don't want your "5 tips for better leadership."

They're bored, and they're busy.

The problem is that most leaders talk at their audience, not to them. They post "value" that's just noise. 

Here’s the 3-part system I use instead:

1. We stopped "sharing value" and started "sharing perspective." Don't teach. Share your real struggles, your real wins, and your real systems. Talk to them, not at them. 

2. We made every picture part of the story. No more generic headshots. A photo of a messy whiteboard. A screenshot of a crazy schedule. A picture that proves the point of the post.

3. We connected every story to the mission. A personal story is just a diary entry... until you link it to your "why." We didn't just tell stories; we used them to make a point about the business.

Your audience don't want more "value." They want to see the human and the vision behind the brand.
