I took a break from my IT job to enjoy my motherhood, and to be a single point of contact for my little one. After all, these years won't repeat, and I wish to make it more meaningful for me and my kids.

I then restarted my career, and the priority for me was work-life
balance, the flexibility of work and managing as per my pace, ability to keep exploring and learning.

I started freelancing as this was helping me meet the life I had imagined.

I kept grinding and hustling here and found my passion in Blogging. I felt great in helping people with my words.

I have written 90+ blogs in Fin-Tech, Health and SAAS Industry that are published. I feel proud to say that many of my blogs are ranked on Google's first page(SERP).

I disappeared from LinkedIn for 2 years.


2 years is a long time to stay silent on a platform that never sleeps.

The last time I posted here, I was just starting to figure out the freelance world. I was a mother of two trying to bridge the gap between "Corporate Career" and "Being there for my kids."

Then, life happened.
I went into a cocoon. 
And honestly? It was exactly what I needed.

In those 500+ days: 
→ I moved houses (if you’ve done it with two kids, you know the chaos). 
→ I watched my little ones transition into school life. 
→ I traveled, took deep breaths, and saw more of the world.
→ I freelanced with several agencies.

But professionally, the "break" was anything but quiet.

I realized that if I wanted to make this lifestyle work, I couldn't just "𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭." I had to master the craft.

I attended workshops, signed up for classes, and obsessed over perfect writing and strategy. I was lucky enough to connect with Mythri. She taught me how to think bigger rather than how to write better.

Fast forward to today: I’m no longer just "𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠."

I spend my days building growth strategies, experimenting with writing styles, and helping brands find a voice that doesn't sound like a robot.

Managing a household and a career isn't always a "perfect balance." 
Some days are messy. 
Some days are just about hitting the restart button with a 15-minute music break.

But I’m back.

With more experience, a sharper lens on B2B/SaaS content and strategy, and a lot of stories to tell about what happens when you stop "𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠" and start "𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠."

Direct and manage all policies and procedures as delegated by the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and ensure annual fresh, change control and manage the central repository.

Taking prompt and decesive action when any risk and compliance weakness become apparent addressing them in appropriate time frame and escalating wherever necessary.

Prompt escalation of critical and reputational risk matters to management monitor Know Your Customer (KYC) of OFAC and cross border wire transfers.

PEP's money transfer business, transaction monitoring, currency activity etc., and escalate queries with business as required validation of the initial SAR filing for all the clients.
