AI is no longer a future topic in rental. It is here. But the companies that win will not be the ones chasing tools. They will be the ones strengthening people, process, and leadership discipline first.

In multiple sessions and hallway discussions, the pattern is clear:

• Operators want better utilization, not more dashboards

AI in rental is a decision multiplier. It sharpens pricing confidence. It identifies which accounts deserve attention. It exposes operational friction before it becomes lost revenue.
