Responsible for day-to-day operation of the entire Service Desk structure and our Apprenticeship program, including line management of nine direct reports.

•	Day-to-day management of Service Desk Tiers 1 and 2
•	Preparation and analysis of service statistics for presentation at monthly board meetings
•	Providing support for internal and external customers in regards to our product offering and internal service requirements

•	Successfully ran an upgrade/migration project for a key customer improving service reliability across their entire WAN, affecting over 1000 sites. The outcomes were delivered well within the timeframe allowed for the project
•	Acted as de facto manager for the Shepton-mallet based CSIE team when company restructuring removed our local manager, improving relations with other teams and increasing installation engineer availability
•	Managed the out-of-hours rota to ensure the necessary support was available for customers
•	Conducted regular reviews of any issues encountered during installations to allow us to update our configuration templates
