Mechanical Design Engineer

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

Studied tail walking in dolphins and other fish using a biomimetic robotic mechanism. Duties included creating physical models that can simulate the flapping motion in conjunction with mathematical models calculated by a post-doctoral student.

Undergraduate Researcher

Astrohaus CEO and Co-Founder. Inventor of Freewrite line of distraction-free writing tools. Over $1mm raised via Crowdfunding. Product Designer and Mechanical Engineer, @MIT alum. Will retire to be an artist in the mountains one day.

I served as Senior Medical Director for all SALTA locations in Michigan (6 and counting!). Our collective eNPS (55) and NPS (90+) were world-class! My role involved working directly with our CEO and Integrator on clinical operations, budgeting, and maintaining the integrity of the care delivery system. I served as operations liaison with our enterprise/employer clients. To serve our members, I built a robust local network of physicians, hospitals, offices, and other healthcare-based organizations. I also provided clinical care - urgent care, primary care, and sports medicine consults/procedures when needed.

I also cofounded a high-touch concierge program that serves as the medical arm of a family office. Throughout my operations work and managing employer relations, I've developed an interest in employer healthcare benefits and leadership.
