A proud Michigander, I began my career in academic medicine in Northwest Detroit. From 2019-2025 I oversaw operations for SALTA Direct Primary Care, a six-office DPC & concierge network in the Metro Detroit area. I also cofounded a high-touch concierge program that serves as the medical arm of a family office. Throughout my operations work and managing employer relations, I've developed an interest in employer healthcare benefits and leadership.

I'm driven to continue making a difference in our community and excited for what the future holds!

Back to YOU Powered Symposium - Beth Holmes asked us for our 2026 predictions. What's going to catch on? What will take off? 

I called out Cristin Dickerson and Green Imaging. Plan sponsors and advisors (outside of early adopters) are hesitant to step away from the known entities. Having the security of a household name makes us feel good. But direct contracting is a great stepping stone to building more advanced care delivery systems (and paying a fair price). Carving out imaging is a great place to start. 

You are not too small for direct contracting. You have the power to get this done. 

One colleague told me "every self-funded group (in their geography) has Green Imaging". I think 2026 is the year that we see direct contracting really take off📈
