Gozem aims at becoming Africa’s #1 Super App, with a vision to bring world-class digital services to West and Central Africa. 

Here is my rocks workflow at Gozem :
- Dashboard design and follow-up
- Drafting of work processes for the treasury function 
- Reconciliation and closure of all local entity bank accounts (Togo, Benin, Cameroon, Gabon)
- Maintenance of asset database
- Maintenance of debt register
- Design and send financial reports to investors and suppliers
- Support and participation in internal audit 
- Support to project team and top management for Series B (Dataroom, KYC).

Energy Generation is a pan-African organization that aims to promote and support innovation and social entrepreneurship in order to identify, develop and disseminate solutions "made in Africa".
During my residency, my tasks are among others :
- Focus on VIRAL ( Team; Problem and Vision; Value Proposition; Product; Market; Business Model; Growth; Exit.)
- Product design and prototyping ;
- Problem solving and Design Thinking;
- Business plan writing
- Professional effectiveness tools ;
- Speed dating and pitch deck sessions.

- Elaborate and transmit the monthly schedule of activities
- Provide technical support to the Tarmamoua Gari in the organization of viewing and focus group sessions (2 sessions per month with each group); viewing and focus group sessions (2 sessions per month with each group) 
- Organize focus group sessions and boxed sessions; 
- Collect data from the activities and transmit it to the M&E/change manager via whatssap and complete the change monitoring log; 
- Monitor the change process within the intervention communities; 
- Participate in quarterly meetings to monitor the implementation of the project; 
- Be a support for the Tarmamoua Gari (remote communication);
- Ensure the visibility of the project in the intervention area;
- Refer adolescents to health centers for information or contraception

ONG Femmes, Actions et Développement (FAD)

Bring a support in the implementation of the activities, entering within the framework of the signature of convention of the political parties, organized by the NGO FAD ;
- Assist the accountants in the drafting and the deposit of the requests for quotation, the purchase orders ; 
- The printing of the statements of payments; the payment of the expenses of participation and transport;
- Assist the accountants in the accomplishment of their tasks: by establishing budgets, purchase orders, request for quotation, but also in the elaboration of financial reports;
- Make copies, scans, and archiving of accounting documents ; 

During my stay at the NGO FAD, I also carried out the transfer of tax and social obligations such as: The ITS, the VAT, the ISB withholding tax, the professional tax, the CNSS;

I currently have five practical internships under my belt. All of them were done in competitive and innovative companies :
- The first one I realized in the biggest microfinance of Niger (Asusu) in the marketing and communication department ;
- For the second one I stayed in the premises of the leader of the commercialization of the electric current on the whole Niger territory ;
- Moreover, i realized a practical internship in the CIPMEN which is leader in its field namely the incubation of the small and medium-sized companies of Niger. For the last two positions, I stayed at the accounting and financial department ;
- I did my last internship at the NGO Femme Action et Développement (FAD). 
These points are just a part of appreciation of my desire to find and sign a work contract in order to succeed in my professional project.
- Now I participate in the building of the financial arsenal of Gozem.
