Recently IBM laid off 1000's of employees because of AI.
But here's what nobody is telling you...

They didn't lay off because the company was struggling.

IBM just reported $16.3 billion in revenue. 9% growth. $1.7 billion in profit.

They're not failing. They're thriving.

Just with fewer humans.

The CEO openly admitted: "We replaced hundreds of HR employees with AI agents."
And they're shifting those roles to programmers and data scientists instead.

This isn't a warning anymore.

Every weekend was like this, 

And I was very upset 

because 

I was wasting my valuable time.

But I watched one video on YouTube that literally changed my mindset.

Here's the full context.

Whenever I had a thought of doing things to improve in my career, I thought, "Let me sit down on Saturday and Sunday. 

I have the whole day, so I can do more things."

But it was totally the opposite. 

Even on weekdays, I learned something new, 
but on weekends, I was full of tiredness and distractions.

That's when I got to watch the video.

In it, the YouTuber clearly explained why we don't use our weekdays productively because we don't have a habit. 

We push work until the weekend, and then our mind asks, "Let's take some rest because we worked hard on weekdays."

So automatically, weekends are spent on movies and games.

But now I've changed my mindset. 

Daily, I need to learn and do something new for at least 2 to 3 hours.

That has helped me learn more and grow more, so now I can even enjoy my weekends without feeling guilty.

So, just spend some hours every day (or at least some minutes every day) towards your goal.

Don't ignore this; otherwise, nobody can save you.

LinkedIn accounts have been getting hacked in recent days.

Recently, I received this message from one of my connections, and I know this was sent by a hacker, not my connection.

But what if I didn't know?

Then obviously I would fall for this trap, click the link, and my account would also get hacked.

Nowadays, it's very difficult to identify these kinds of scams.

These scam messages look legitimate, and 99% of people fall for them.

So if you're receiving a message like this, don't click.

Say "Hacker, please stop" (Kullanari thiruda kudadhu style from Dora Bujji)😂—they will block you, and you'll discover that the account is hacked.

Stay vigilant and always verify suspicious messages by reaching out to your connections through alternative channels.

I just recently discovered pickleball, and I'm really starting to love it!

I only learned about it a few months ago. At first, I didn't think it would be fun; I figured it was just a weird mix of badminton and table tennis. 

But once I started playing, I realized how much fun it is.
