Most men fail at meditation.

Not because they can’t do it.
Because they’ve been taught it badly.

What usually happens is this...

A bloke downloads an app.
Sits down.
Closes his eyes.

Within about 15 seconds his brain is doing this...

Did I send that email?
What’s for dinner?
I should really exercise more.
Did West Ham sign that lad yet?

Then he opens his eyes and thinks:
“Well… that was b0ll0cks. Meditation clearly isn’t for me.”

So he bins it off.
Which is a shame.
Because meditation isn’t about being good at meditation.

What I often say to my clients is....
"I don’t practise meditation to be good at meditation.
I practise meditation to be good at life."

Less reacting.
Clearer thinking.
Better decisions.
A mind that can actually switch off.

That’s the real point.
