It’s been a year.

A year of building, experience, achievements, and failures.

2025 was a year of growing for CompanyEnrich. And as you’d expect with growth, it came with ups and downs.

We’re grateful for the customers who trusted us early, the partners who supported us, and seeing CompanyEnrich used in apps and workflows every day.

The downs were part of the journey. Entering the market wasn’t easy. There were setbacks, churn along the way, and lessons we only learned by doing.

Growth isn’t linear.

To everyone believed in what we’re building, thank you. You’re a big part of this journey.

Most HubSpot company records are incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong 🤷‍♀️ 

Missing fields.
No custom data points.
Information guessed years ago and never updated.

And then we expect GTM, sales, marketing, and RevOps to “trust the CRM” 🙂

That’s why we built a simple n8n workflow using the CompanyEnrich API that automatically fixes this.

What it does:

Enriches new or existing HubSpot company records in real time
Keeps records fresh without manual research or CSV imports
Runs quietly in the background

Instead of picking endless filters upfront, you simply describe:

What problems they’re solving
What makes them a good fit for you

Our semantic search understands the intent behind your description and finds companies that actually match it.

Then comes the refinement layer.

You can stack filters on top of the semantic results:

Targeting Europe? Add location.
Need a specific employee range? Set it.
Only B2B SaaS? Include it and exclude B2C.

The result is a clean, relevant, high-quality company list that actually makes sense.

It’s been a year since we launched company lookalike search at CompanyEnrich, and I still see the same two mistakes.

First, many people still think lookalike prospecting is  building huge lists. They ask why there isn’t another 10k batch of results. That’s simply not how lookalikes work.

Your best customers succeed for very specific reasons. Those signals are what you should double down on.

Second, putting all customers into one lookalike search. Different segments win for different reasons, and mixing them only produces a generic list, just like you scraped a batch from traditional databases.

The mindset shift is simple, smaller lists, targeted, not broad.
