I manage projects from 4000+ sf single family homes to 200+ unit mixed-use developments.  

I excel at creating construction documents for mixed-use and multi-family residential developments.  I am managing mixed-use, townhome, and single family developments. I believe in staying on the cutting edge of design with BIM technologies.

I have helped design 1000+ acre master plans then followed by designing the streetscapes for those same master plans.  I have worked on planning studies for large-scale civic projects and completed Construction Documents for projects ranging in size from single-family houses to schools.  Behind fully rounded, I know what creates value in developments in any size or scale.

My current interests are in BIM and sustainability.  I want to leave the earth better than when I came.  I believe that designing buildings with this in mind is the first step.
