Our project revolved around optimizing logistics through the implementation of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). We analyzed the logistics department's requirements and thoroughly evaluated the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) as well as financial implications of AGV adoption within the supply chain.

To bring our project to life, we developed a sophisticated algorithm using Robot Operating System (ROS), Python, and the Gazebo simulator. This algorithm allowed us to create a realistic AGV model, showcasing its navigation and obstacle avoidance capabilities within a 3D warehouse simulation.

This hands-on experience not only deepened my understanding of Lean Six Sigma and AMR technology but also honed my skills in software development, problem-solving, and project management. It was a valuable chapter in my journey, contributing to my growth as a recent graduate.
