Under my leadership, the content marketing team has grown Databox's overall organic traffic to 250,000+ sessions, with the blog consistently contributing ~150,000 sessions each month. I elevated the website's domain authority to 82 by strategically creating high-quality content that attracted backlinks from strong domains such as Adobe, Vimeo, HubSpot, Forbes, Entrepreneur.com, Shopify, Moz, SEMrush, Buffer, and even Wikipedia. The unique referring domains grew to 10,668, while keyword rankings in the top 20 increased to 22,500.

To achieve these results, I worked with a small team of 3 internal marketers and up to 5 freelancers. Together, we produced over 1,500 pieces of original, data-backed content, including research reports, statistics posts, and benchmark infographics. I implemented efficient processes for content creation, involving over 10,000 contributors, and established processes for maintaining rankings, traffic, and signup volume for our large library of content. This encompassed regular updates, internal linking, link building, and optimization of click-through rates and calls-to-action on high-intent, high-converting pages.

Developed a team of marketing specialists with deep expertise in their respective areas and implemented cross-training on our processes, fostering smooth collaboration. This approach ensured that the team operates cohesively, while also empowering individuals to step in and assist as needed.
