• System Designing, application and programming of SCADA, PLC’s (Siemens S7-300, S7-400 & S7 Failsafe CPUs , S7-1200, S7-1500 etc.), HMI’s and automation distributed networks (based on ET200, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, CANbus, OLM, Gateways , SERCOS, Serial 232, RS 485 etc.). 
• Working on Siemens Sinamics, Simotion and Masterdrive inverter (AC Drive) configuration, communication, troubleshooting and repairing. 
• Working on Motion Controller, Servo Motor, Stepper Motor, AC/DC Motor, encoder programming and designing. 
• Monitoring of Electronics/Electrical jobs for Chemical Process Plant (Sulphurex SO3), Detergent Powder Process Plant (SABIZ), Non-Tower Detergent Plant (NTD), failure mode and effect analysis (FEMA) and root cause analysis in order to comply with maintenance strategies & objective.  Practical knowledge of API, ANSI, IEC and ISA engineering codes and standards. 
• Technical support for several process control systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and conventional instrumentation. 
• Independently and with supervisors’ support, coordinate with vendors and other consultants to ensure quality of deliverables and their timely completion. 
• Supervise and carryout planned, breakdown and unscheduled maintenance in well- organized manner with the aim of reducing breakdown losses as far as possible. 
• Involved in preventive, predictive and break down maintenance of rotary and stationary equipment including (Gas & Diesel Generator, Air Compressors, Chiller unit generators, Fire Pumps, Induction Motors etc.) • Able to inspect & supervise automation control component and process control component like PID controllers, Coriolis Flow Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Temperature Transmitters, Pressure Transmitter, I/p actuators, IR Flame Detector, Gas Detectors, HMI, Controllers and Servomotor. Maintenance and application of measuring Instruments, sensors, energy analyzer etc. 
• Calibration of all utilities and operational equipment and devices.
