Mobile Home Lending Executive

- Own and maintain a portfolio of home loan clients.
- Grow the home loan book of new clients by understanding clients’ financial goals, affairs and risk tolerance. 
- Cross-sell financial products (i.e. financial planning / business banking / FX / insurances).
- Undertake Business Development roles to establish new relationships with introducers and networking referral clients.
- Proven track record in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
- Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline. Ensuring all new opportunities and leads from a variety of sources are actioned in a timely manner
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and complex problem solving skills.  
- Excellent negotiation and retention skills to prevent clients from leaving NAB to another financial institution.

I establish and maintain relationships with new and existing "mums and dads" investors, financial advisors and fund managers on a daily basis to assist with investing and trading on the international stock market exchange (NYSE, LSE, SGX, HKE, TSE and many more). Furthermore, I assist clients to trade on the OTC exchange, FX and CFDs Product.

My position in the team is a highly diversified role with responsibilities involving, but not limited, to helping clients transfer stocks from external brokers and share registries, exchange foreign currency, setting up international trading accounts for new clients, assist in the participation of corporate actions, call prospects and generate internal referrals, collaborate with the products team to enhance the experience of customers and cross-selling CBA & CommSec Products to generate extra revenue for the business. I have continuously to be consistent in meeting and exceeding KPI targets in all aspects of my role's requirement such as quality conversations with clients, sales target, managing risk, meeting CPD requirements and taking ownership of development of our product and services.
