After successfully completing a digital transformation of the Transportation Department, I was entrusted with leading Hydrite's first ERP implementation in over 30 years. This large-scale initiative involved a team of over 60 cross-functional professionals, both internal and external. With 10 locations and over 1,000 employees, the implementation was a major undertaking. Beyond the ERP system, the Program encompassed five additional applications and required 19 complex integrations.

Key accomplishments:
➥ Successfully implemented top-tier ERP (Infor M3 CloudSuite Chemicals) alongside five other new systems for 10 sites and 1,000+ employees on-schedule and on-budget.    

➥ Guided and cultivated diverse groups with broad range of skills, bridging business and IT worlds by facilitating teams and providing coaching to resolve issues needed to align goals with business strategies.

➥ Led vendor negotiations to secure a 30% reduction in YoY subscription costs, saving over $2M in seven years.

➥ Directed Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, partnering with organizational development and human resource teams to assess stakeholder needs and implement training that enhanced communication plans.

After implementing the TMS and nearly doubling the size of our fleet, I was promoted to Director of Logistics. In this role, I focused on enhancing safety systems and culture while devising processes and implementing systems to centralize data into a single source for better decision-making.

➥ Centralized transportation planning by unifying previously decentralized branch operations into a single team, improving coordination, reducing redundancies, and increasing efficiency.

➥ Introduced Power BI to the Transportation Department, collaborating with IT on configurations and laying the foundation for company-wide adoption of advanced analytics tools.

As Transportation Manager, I led a $60M transportation network and a team that grew from 60 to over 100 members. My responsibilities included managing a diverse mix of transportation partners—LTL carriers, TL carriers, and Hydrite's private fleet—with a strategic focus on expanding the private fleet to enhance customer service levels.

➥ Managed a $60M P&L by controlling expenses and aligning internal freight rates to optimize service delivery to customers.

➥ Expanded Private Fleet driver and equipment counts by 42%, significantly enhancing customer service capabilities.

Transportation Manager || TMS Implementation | Team Building | Scaling Operations

As Regional Transportation Manager, I was tasked with managing and optimizing day-to-day transportation and distribution operations for a region with 7,000+ loads, $21MM in dedicated fleet spend, and $39MM in common carrier spend annually. 

To carry out my mandate, I led a suite of projects and strategic process improvement initiatives to optimize the tracking, management, and deployment of organizational resources.

Some of my key contributions include:

➥ Built a Cloud database to centralize and secure all warehouse shipping and receiving data.

➥ Produced daily reports to accurately track shipment and receipt of all incoming/outgoing material; enabled greater visibility of material movement throughout the supply chain.

I joined Johnson Controls in 2008, where I produced and coordinated monthly/quarterly forecasts, as well as $415MM in annual budgets for both Transportation and Manufacturing Operations groups.  I also planned and integrated state-of-the-art tools and technologies tools to drive greater collaboration among 17 Plant Controllers. As Senior Financial Analyst:
