Sales Funnels. The right way.

Condensed into 20 minutes.

Then I asked the room:  
"How many of you have a clear sales funnel mapped out?"

These are successful business owners. Running profitable companies for decades.

I’ve been posting on YouTube since 2023.

For almost three years, my channel quietly chugged along .

Moderate views.

Slow growth

Nothing game-changing.

Then a few months ago, I went all-in on YouTube Shorts.

Since them:

My monthly views jumped more than 500%
  
Shorts now drive the majority of my discovery traffic

Not because I suddenly became a better editor.

Not because I changed my niche.

And definitely not because I cracked some secret algorithm code.

It happened because Shorts finally did what my long-form videos couldn’t do alone:

👉 They created discovery.

👉 They pulled new audiences in.

👉 They gave my long-form content a second life.

This is the same message I share in a Stamats Insights article:

Here’s the part higher-ed marketers often miss:

Long-form video is incredibly valuable.

But without ongoing distribution, it fades fast.

Short-form video delivers some of the highest retention rates across all platforms.

TikTok and YouTube Shorts are now key discovery channels for Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

One unexpected clip can outperform your polished hero film.

My own channel proved it:

The moment I started slicing long-form content into short vertical clips, everything shifted.

Long-form builds depth.

Short-form builds reach.

The two together build momentum.
