My background in Industrial and Production Engineering from VIT, Vellore, has given me a strong foundation in technical skills, which I use to solve problems and optimize our operations. Through the Business Mastery and Advanced Sales Programs by Rahul Jain’s Business Coaching India, I’ve learned how to shift our company from a traditional 'lala' style of management to one that's based on systems and measurable results. This shift has helped us become more efficient and innovative.

At the Ishaan Group, which includes Ishaan Plastics, Ishaan Steel, and Ishaan Electro-Forging, I focus on planning for long-term growth and ensuring smooth operations. At Ishaan Plastics, I’m deeply involved in finding new ways to improve our processes. In Ishaan Steel, we trade steel scrap, and Ishaan Electro-Forging exports steel gratings. My role also includes developing business strategies that help us stay competitive in the market.

As Executive Director of Harsh Impex, I work to expand our market reach and grow our product offerings. While I have experience in digital marketing, my main focus is on building the business and improving how we operate.

Beyond business, I’m passionate about giving back to the community. Through my involvement in Juvenile Care, VIT, I’ve led various projects that support underprivileged communities. I believe in continuous learning and applying creative solutions to keep our businesses growing and making a positive impact."
