As a Principal Data Scientist, I led the design and execution of advanced AI solutions, translating complex business challenges into high-impact machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI models.

𝟮. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 “𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗶𝗻-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽”: Define decision rights, escalation thresholds, and auditability so expert calls are captured, reused, and improved—not lost in the moment.

𝟯. 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗽𝘂𝘁: Track metrics like Time-to-Trust, exception quality, and reversal rates to ensure speed never erodes reliability.

If you lead AI at scale, your mandate isn’t automation; 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
