AJ took a key leadership role during his time at Creata & was part for the global management team. Working across 15 offices in 11 countries on 5 continents. And was responsible for the design & production of over 1.3 billion happy meal toys.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Setting creative direction and strategy for the agency globally

My role as the founder of Zero0verhead involves setting the overall strategic direction for the company. This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing partnerships with clients and other organizations, and managing the overall growth and success of the business. I am responsible for creating a vision for the company that aligns Clients needs with the UN SDG framework and developing a long-term strategic plan for achieving those goals.

As the director of Zero0verhead, my role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes overseeing project management and procurement consulting services, ensuring that clients receive high-quality deliverables, and motivating and managing a team of remote workers. I am responsible for creating a company culture that emphasizes safety, inclusion, and diversity, and promotes transparency and high-quality work.

To achieve the UN SDG, Zero0verhead must remain focused on creating service for projects that promote these goals. This requires an emphasis on innovation and creativity to come up with new ideas that can make a real-world impact. Since Zero0verhead is a remote working company, I must make sure that my team members are motivated and satisfied with their work, even though they are not in the same location. Atlantic Maritime Group FZE (AMG FZE)

As the Vice President Offshore and Subsea at Atlantic maritime group, my role is of paramount importance in ensuring the company's success in these sectors. I am responsible for the management of offshore and subsea operations, which include the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints.

One of my primary duties as the Vice President Offshore and Subsea is to oversee the company's offshore Survey, ROV and Diving activities. I am responsible to ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations and standards, such as safety and environmental regulations.

I am also tasked with managing the subsea operations division of the company. This involves guiding the subsea engineering team through the design and development of underwater work practice documents and procedures. It also involves coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and construction, to ensure that the project is executed seamlessly and completed within budget and timeframes.

Further, I am responsible for managing Atlantic maritime group's relationships with clients. As the Vice President offshore and subsea, I must maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, inform them about ongoing projects, and address any concerns they may have. I must also ensure that the company delivers projects that meet or exceed client expectations in terms of quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

I am a leader who must inspire and motivate the team under my care. I must provide guidance and mentorship to help team members develop their skills and deliver projects successfully. Working hand in hand with the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and the Chairman to unlock value across the business and value chain.  I am also assisting with new client development and corporate strategy, delivering over 100% net-net new revenue growth for the company in the last 12 months.  I have led the creation, development and execution of two new business lines; 1- Survey Geophysical and 2 – Survey Geotechnical.

In this role, I was receiving 6 service line director reports from Country MDs for India, Caspian, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi, and UAE.  I led the regional strategy for Fugro across the Middle East, India and the Caspian Sea.  Achieving 10% revenue growth in a receding market, in addition to closing a landmark deal with major NOC in the GCC.

Reporting to the Regional Director who in turn reported to the Global CEO, I was responsible for the vision, strategy, and bottom-line growth of the business in the GCC region.  Successfully, I renewed a number of large contracts, one of which represented 40% of the P&L of Fugro in the region.  
In addition, I was in charge of post-merger integrations, such as when DCN was acquired by Fugro, I oversaw the onboarding of DCN employees, ensuring a smooth cultural integration.  I started working at Fugro in 2007 as a Senior Project Manager and after progressing through a variety of roles I was promoted to MD in 2014.

I have been working in a CEO (Chief Executive Officer) capacity, holding positions such as MD, GM, and COO, with a focus on maritime and vessel management and Upstream Oil & Gas Asset Integrity since 2012.  My Oil & Gas experience dates back to 1996 when I started in the industry in subsea asset management.  
I work across the Middle East with clients such as Aramco, ADNOC, QP, QG, KJO, Total, BP, Shell, Exxon, McDermott’s, Saipem, Subsea7, and others.  My approach has always been to create value through partnerships that extend beyond my firm’s initial service offering.  This has allowed me to close important deals, with a proven ability to generate net-net new revenue for my employer.
I consistently work at the Board, CEO, and Senior Executive Level, in particular with the CFO and the financial team in my company and externally with strong relationships with most of the Chief Executive Officers in the Upstream Oil & Gas market in the GCC.  I am a natural business developer at heart.
