I have been a helper all of my life so it was easy to make the choice to enhance my coaching knowledge and wisdom. It is important to not label myself as a personal or executive coach. Most of us are blended at the core of who we are. 

After college I began my career in the restaurant industry at entry level management. Working with a strategy allowed me to become a CEO at 33 years of age. As that concluded, I had an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an emerging concept. I opened the first location in Denver and developed 16 other locations in the Midwest. Knowing when to exit was the key to my future successes. 

I wanted to help other business owners make educated choices to benefit them and not just for today. I began my financial services career to offer different perspectives to individuals. Again, to create an actionable plan for today, tomorrow and always. Helping create a path that not only has actionable steps, it also has an overarching strategy.
