➢ Facilitating any problem in the system following up on requests raised by different sections 
and reporting the problem to the related. Receiving requests from other agencies and following 
up within the team.
➢ Arrangement weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans to achieve predictable goals
➢ Quality checks the programs and informs the relevant departments of any problem.
➢ Reporting any equipment service & repair issue to the direct supervisor and responding to 
the designated agencies
➢ Keeping a record of programs and requests raised by customers from different agencies. 
➢ Keeping a record of all inventories and looking after the filing system.
➢ Preparing a schedule for broadcasting channel programs on daily bases and sending it to the Head 
and Deputy Head of the team and other members of the team
➢ Arranging live programs and communicating with the main office about any problem.
➢ Arranging and Attending the team meeting on weekly bases. 
➢ Covering for colleagues when on leave or official trip up on the request from the direct 
supervisor
