Recruited highly skilled Leaders, R&D, Engineers, Technicians, IT, Software Developers, Designers, Analysts, Supply Chain, and Program/Project Managers for a semiconductor company founded by Intel Corporation and Micron Technology producing NAND flash memory. Carried an average workload of 45-60 requisitions. Completed a 3 month assignment in Singapore leading major hiring initiatives for a greenfield site. Co-Led 300mm Fab Hiring Ramp for IMFlash (JV with Intel/Micron) and is known as the fastest ramp to produce “first quality wafer out” in semiconductor history. Initial ramp was 1200 hires in 9 months.
