With over 25 years of experience in IT management and 11 years in cloud computing, I am a proven IT Director and Program Manager. I have a proven track record of leading successful cloud migration and modernization projects for Federal Government agencies. I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-based digital transformations solutions that meet the client's requirements, budget, and timeline. I routinely research and implement infrastructure and DevSecOps improvements, and architected and direct complete cloud migrations.  I have extensive skills in infrastructure management, Windows desktop administration, and mobile device management, as well as experience in managing  software development using Agile methods.
