This drives everything I do. When grief knocked me sideways after losing my mother, I discovered something unexpected—hope painted in watercolors. What started as processing loss became Fur, Feathers and Flowers (www.furfeathersandflowers.com), where healing happens one brushstroke at a time.

That resilience shapes my business approach. As an enterprise sales leader and benefits strategist, I've learned the best solutions come from understanding people first, spreadsheets second. My dual life as artist and business developer isn't coincidental—both require vision, patience, and seeing possibilities others miss.

My day job feeds my art, and painting keeps my business side human. Turns out both need the same things: understanding people, taking your time, trying wild ideas, and trusting that little moves make big differences.

When I'm not developing workplace strategies or painting commissioned pieces, you'll find me raising awareness for rare diseases or exploring Kent Island's gems. The best professionals bring their full selves to work.
