The project that I was deployed on was "Machine Learning on Crowdsourced Data". It basically aimed to help classify reliable workers (the one's who provide input vote for a task in crowdsourcing system) based on their votes provided to a certain task. This was achieved by using Machine Learning techniques. Majority Voting was used along with a statistical metric termed "Confidence Factor". By using this technique and metric, the project was implemented and workers were classified.

Stage de M1 sur l'utilisation de la différenciation automatique dans l'exploration des paysages énergétiques en modélisation moléculaire : "Algorithmic Differenciation of C/C++ Force Fields used in Biophysics".

Hébergé à l'interface des équipes ABS (Algorithms for Structural Biology) et Ecuador (spécialiste de la différenciation algorithmique) de l'INRIA.

Utilisation de l'API de compilation front-end  Clang, de la différenciation automatique (l'outil Tapenade). Familiarisation avec les différents champs de force utilisés en modélisation moléculaire.
Intégration d'un "front-end C++" à Tapenade, et d'algorithmes dans la SBL (Structural Bioinformatics Library).
Recherche de nouveaux modèles de move-sets exploitant la position des atomes pour déplacer des portions de chaîne de façon intelligente.

Au sein de l'équipe iGEM de l'INSA, j'ai participé au projet de développement d'un dispositif de diagnostic de maladies sexuellement transmissibles, présenté à l'iGEM et remercié par le prix scientifique  (undergrad) et 5 nominations. 

J'ai notamment participé aux travaux de modélisation numérique des structures 3D des aptamères, et au développement d'une procédure de prédiction rapide "de novo" de ces structures à l'aide du logiciel Rosetta.

Stage d'observation de deux semaines en aboratoire d'analyses médicales (biochimie et microbiologie, analyses de sang, urine, et selles), qui m'a permis de m'intéresser à la robotique et à l'utilisation d'automates en laboratoire de santé.
Ce stage a par ailleurs grandement inspiré mes choix d'orientation pour mes études.

J'apporte mon soutien sur des questions d'analyse de données, de modélisation mathématique, de calcul scientifique et d'intelligence artificielle, pour résoudre des problèmes d'ingénierie en biotechnologies.

L'INSA forme des ingénieurs compétents à la fois en informatique et en biologie. Ils sont capables de modéliser mathématiquement, programmer efficacement, et traiter numériquement les problèmes posés par le vivant.
Pendant ma thèse au sein de l'équipe Algorithmique, Recherche Opérationnelle, Bioinformatique et Apprentissage Statistique (AROBAS) du laboratoire IBISC, j'ai travaillé sur les méthodes de prédiction des structures d'ARN, en utilisant notamment l'optimisation multicritère.
