The Employee Experience Game is een bordspel dat HR-teams en leidinggevenden op een leuke manier laat beleven wat ervoor nodig is om medewerkers te laten floreren. Zodat medewerkers zelf succesvol zijn én concreet bijdragen aan het succes van de organisatie.

Onder begeleiding van ervaren facilitators gaat Employee Experience echt leven in de organisatie. Start by looking from another perspective!

To me, looking from another perspective means to be more aware of your environment, turn off your autopilot and looking with a fresh look, listening, hearing, understanding and feeling what is happening around you.

Looking from another perspective is exactly what many teams and organizations need to take the next step. I would like to teach you how you are going to do that so that from now on you are more aware of your behaviour and the service that you offer to customers. To then learn to do it better for customers and for and with each other.

How? With a positive outlook, step by step through playing games, giving training, workshops and advice, including 

• Let the customer and employee experience live by playing The Customer & Employee Experience Game of which I am the co-founder (see www.BlommaBerg.nl)
• Reviewing your Voice of the Customer program including advice and training on how you can make optimal use of your VoC program and how you can think and act differently based on feedback.
• Investigating your organization: where do you want to go and where do you stand now in terms of customer focus? Through interviews with employees and customers, you learn where you stand now and what is needed to achieve your goal.
I like to look at the world from a different perspective, but especially to teach others to do the same. From childhood I have been fascinated by what arises and not by what is already there. I am an avid hobby photographer and I love to capture another one that I often share on Instagram.

Onder het motto “ïk heb het nog nooit gedaan maar ik denk dat ik het kan”, heb ik eind 2015 besloten te stoppen bij Blauw Research. Toe aan een nieuwe stap waarin customer experience centraal blijft staan. De rust, ruimte en vrijheid die ik sinds maart 2016 ervaar, maakte dat ik met bredere blik naar mijn toekomstige baan kon kijken. Over wie ik ben en wat ik zoek heb ik een blog geschreven (zie onder). 

In deze periode heb ik genoten van mijn vrijheid, gezin en vrije tijd waarin ik veel gefotografeerd en gewandeld heb. Maar ik heb ook genoten van alle mooie gesprekken met verschillende mensen die op mijn pad kwamen. Af en toe was ik aan het werk of dacht ik met anderen mee om hun werk succesvol te maken.

Als sparringpartner en eindverantwoordelijk voor het vakgebied Customer Experience hield ik mij dagelijks bezig met 

- Advisering onderzoeksprogramma’s om klant- en/of medewerkersfeedback te verzamelen die passen bij de vragen, behoefte en huidige situatie van opdrachtgevers. 
- Begeleiden en inspireren van  in- en externe projectteams bij  de opzet en implementatie van het programma.
- Maken van de vertaalslag van inzichten naar advies.
- Activatie d.m.v. presentaties, inspiratiesessies en workshops. 
- Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren onderzoekstools, activaties en bijbehorende proposities. 
- Aansturing expertteam met twee experts.
- Opstellen en bewaken jaar- en kwartaalplannen inclusief visie, begroting en marketing- en communicatieplan. 

Verantwoordelijk voor het uitdragen van Blauw als kennispartner op Customer Experience gebied.

- (Pro)Actief benaderen van (potentiële) opdrachtgevers.
- Schrijven van blogs en nieuwsberichten voor www.netpromoter.nl en actief op social media.
- Organiseren van eigen Customer Experience events.
- Presenteren op externe (zoals MIE) en interne events.

Ook het uitdagen, stimuleren en begeleiden van de interne organisatie behoorde tot mijn taak.

- Ondersteunen salesforce van Blauw.
- Ondersteunen MT bij vertaalslag visie en strategie Blauw.
- Informeren van de interne organisatie.

Expertise Manager Customer Experience

Adviseren van organisaties over (zowel kwalitatieve als kwantitatieve) onderzoekstrajecten die het beste bij hun vraag, organisatie en klanten passen. 

Uitvoeren van het gehele traject: van kick off tot ontwerpen vragenlijst, uitvoeren veldwerk, analyse en opstellen rapportages inclusief strategisch advies tot het geven van presentatie & workshops. 

Ontwikkeling NPS Game (2010) om teams te inspireren om klantgerichter te handelen en hun klanten en elkaar beter te leren kennen. 

Geven van interne opleidingen over workshop- en consultancyvaardigheden. Beide opleidingen heb ik samen met andere collega’s ontwikkeld.

Schrijver van het, in eigen beheer uitgegeven, boekje “De reis naar een klantgerichte organisatie” met daarin de visie en ervaring van Blauw over klantgerichtheid en Net Promoter Score (2013).
