Second time running for the Academic Rep during the course of my undergraduate study. My main duty is to present the authentic student voice to the students’ union and the university. Representing students of the Management Science department in student-staff meetings and faculty forums.

Successfully completed a one year placement programme at Ashtead Plant Hire Co Ltd. 

Worked closely with the Business Development Director, Customer Account Managers, and various Senior Department Directors including; Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and HR. 

Involved in coordinating and contributing to a number of projects including:

1. Sales Training Programme:
•      Worked closely with our HR/Training team and marketing team to design and create a new sale training programme for A-Plant’s sales colleagues.

2. A-Plant Mechanical & Electrical Solutions Product Launch:
•	Worked with procurement, marketing, operations and suppliers to launch a new product range to A-Plant's customers.
•	Provided input throughout the whole project as well as project notes/actions list and regularly communicated with the project team with updates. 
•	Provided input to the design and creation of a new brochure and marketing launch programme activity.

3. Annual Innovation Conference and Awards
•	Worked with marketing, procurement and over 40 external suppliers to successful arrange and host a week long innovation conference attended by customers and colleagues. 

4. Cross Sell Programme 2018
•	Worked with sales and finance colleagues to provide succinct monthly reports including various charts on an internal programme to improve sales with existing larger customers.
•	Part of team that arranged and held the initial cross sell workshop. 

5. Undergraduate Recruitment
•	Led the recruitment process to find next undergraduate student for the Business Development and Finance Department. 

6. Pre- Qualification and Supplier Questionnaires
•	Completed PQQs and Supplier Evaluation Forms as well as providing supporting documentations to potential customers.

Main tasks: 

Posted monthly journals and generated month end reports such as the income statements and performance reports for some of A-Plant's multi businesses which I sent out to the business directors for review. 

I also assisted in conducting in depth analysis of the businesses costs, headcount, income stream, and ROI, in order to determine a realistic and achievable budget plan for each depot of the 4 A-Plant divisions my team was responsible for, in order to ensure a well integrated plan of action is implemented for the businesses best financial performance. 

In addition, as A-Plant continued to grow and expand it's offering through acquisitions, I have completed financial workbooks on some of the potential business targets.

As the VP, I led and directed the executive team comprising of 10 individuals. I ensured our fundraising events were strategically planned with the least costs to raise the maximum donations for the children. Our events had a massive impact on students, and as a result, we had almost 60 members, and over 100 volunteers working with us, we were able to raise over £2,000, which provided help, shelter, food, education to over 4,121 children. Moreover, we achieved the 3rd place on the UNICEF UK League Table 2017.

Six weeks training at Asaffa Foods, the market leader of poultry in the Sultanate of Oman. The internship consisted of rotating around all the company’s departments (i.e. finance, marketing, administration, and IT).

I have also worked as the assistant of the head of finance in Asaffa logistics which is a daughter company that’s new to the market. And I have attained new advanced IT skills, and learned to operate one of the biggest global software; ORACLE.

I spent a week at Asaffa Food Processing and developed a good insight of factory and product line operation.
