-Drive revenue on the direct-to-consumer channel for 7 portfolio brands
-Ensure a consistent brand experience across customer touchpoints for 20+ brands (packaging to on-site)
-Help build the ecommerce tech stack (PIM, CMS, OMS, Reviews, Marketing Automation, etc.)

Key results:
-Restructured 5 brands in 2 months (Shopify backend & frontend, Google Analytics, Google Ad Account, Google Merchant Center)
-Developed a SOP for launching the direct-to-consumer channel
-Launched a subscription offer that generated 6% of revenue & increased returning customer
rate by 12% in 6 months
-Helped source and negotiate company-wide deal with a Reviews platform

Ecommerce Manager

Mission: 
-Oversee the entire digital customer journey (social media, email, and website content) for portfolio brands
-Grow the Heroes brand awareness via digital touch points (email, blog, social media)

Key results:
-Generated on average $500 per email campaign for portfolio brands
-Set up automated email flows for 4 brands (welcome series, abandoned cart, etc.)
-Launched a monthly Heroes newsletter with an average open rate of 60%
-Grew social media followers of gardening brand by 500% with close to 0 budget

Community & CRM Manager

-Design and execute content marketing strategy to develop brand awareness and generate leads (blog, case studies, e-book, webinar, etc.)
-Develop training content to improve individual and team performance (onboarding program, case studies, conferences)

-Launched the Resource Center in 2 months 
-Created a 45 pages e-book on Supply Chain transformation that generated 150 Marketing Qualified Leads in the first week

-Establish SOPs and automate workflows

-Launched first training program in 6 months (40 students and 30 corporate partners)
