I designed and launched a website that was way ahead of its time in 2007.  FindaConferenceVenue.com is a valuable tool for researching and finding the best venues in Ireland for a conference or event.  It is a lead generator for hotels and venues.   

From this business I developed my third eye - the eye of the client.  Being on the buyers side enabled me to see how the client thinks and buys.  I saw why business was being lost.  I wanted to do something about it as I love this industry and it frustrated me knowing that hotels were losing out on so much conference and event business.  I decided to write a book - Steps to WIN in the Meetings Market.  From that the Steps to WIN Sales Skills Program emerged.  

Writing the book gave me clarity and I could see I had a system as to how the client thinks and buys.  That is what I teach and my new business Conference Converter was born.

In the Steps to WIN Sales Skills program I teach  sales people who want more Conference and Event business - how to WIN by thinking like their clients more.  It was only when I became a Venue Finder that I could see I had been trained to sell from the hotels point of view.  The client thinks and buys in a very different way.

After launching the Steps to WIN Sales Skills Program, I had a lot of Agencies and CVBs ask me to teach their sales team the process.  My first agency increased their conversion rate by 7% within one year, which resulted in hundreds of thousands of additional revenue to their bottom line.
 
I now work with Agencies, CVBs and Hotels and Venues and help them to WIN a lot more conference, convention and event business.
