As an AI Innovation Partner, I act as the strategic bridge between forward-thinking organizations and Pi School’s world-class AI engineering and research team.

My role focuses on helping companies explore, define, and execute impactful AI innovation by:
	•	Advising organizations on how to identify and scope real-world challenges that can be solved through AI
	•	Guiding partners through our 8-week innovation programme — from ideation to fully functional AI prototypes
	•	Aligning internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and delivery to ensure business and technical goals are met
	•	Ensuring outcomes, not outputs — our AI solutions are built for business impact, not just code
	•	Managing strategic relationships with clients ranging from startups to global enterprises (Amazon, Meta, ESA, etc.)
	•	Shaping repeatable frameworks for rapid AI exploration, validation, and integration
	•	Supporting growth through referrals and long-term collaboration, not transactional deals

Alongside an amazing team we're building a platform that turns contracts into real commercial intelligence. Contracts are supposed to define how revenue works. In practice, once they’re signed, the truth splinters across sales, finance, billing, and ops. That gap creates revenue leakage, renewal surprises, and decisions based on incomplete data. TrustedIQ starts with deep contract analytics and is being built toward a platform that brings accuracy, confidence, and control back to how companies scale.

Before TrustedIQ, I spent eight years at Cognism, joining as employee number five in 2017. I helped scale the business from five people to more than five hundred, growing it to $80M ARR and leading global sales teams across the UK, the US, France, and DACH. Cognism was recognised by LinkedIn as a Top 10 UK Start Up in 2020 and a Top 20 UK Start Up in 2021. That journey shaped how I think about execution, leadership, and building at scale.

Alongside operating, I’m passionate about helping salespeople build wealth beyond their paychecks.

I co founded The Revenue Syndicate with Misha and Hector to give sales professionals access to early stage investing. The syndicate has now backed more than 25 UK start ups and continues to grow.

Last night was a great one.

We brought together the founders from the Revenue Syndicate portfolio, in collaboration with HSBC Innovation Banking & Google Cloud, for a founder-only dinner and open discussion.

What I really liked was the mix in the room, founders we backed very early on sitting alongside recent businesses just starting on their journey. You don’t often get that perspective all in one place!

We had Founders sharing what’s actually hard right now, navigating the pace of AI, deciding where to focus over the next 12–24 months, and how to build resilient companies in a market that keeps shifting. For me, the best part was seeing loads of new connections being made around the table.
