We built digital products to help insurance agents, brokers, wholesalers to automate customer acquisition, lead qualification tasks, and the quoting process. Some examples were interactive web apps that run prospects' fact-finding, qualify leads, pre-populate ACORD forms, and organize information in a super simple CRM. Insurance agents and brokers who used our tools saw a significant increase in time savings and could manage twice as many customers.

We were honored to win the support of:

Genade's story ended in December 2020. Many challenges in the world of insurance agents' productivity, lead management, and customer acquisition remain unsolved, and we failed to create a sustainable platform for running an insurance agency on autopilot.

Most people hyping the latest AI tool haven't built anything beyond a 30-minute demo.

Josh did the opposite. Product-focused CTO with 25 years of coding experience:

He went all-in, spending 3 months using AI to write every line of code for a new product (attention! Not a toy project.) as a real test of what happens when you actually commit.

The product shipped. It worked. He felt productive.

Then he needed to make a simple change and couldn't confidently modify his own code.

"Who owns that product, Josh? You or Claude Code?" Bob Galen asked him.

The answer: Claude Code owned it. Josh had become a passenger in his own product development.

This means less reliance on Nvidia, better end-to-end control, and potentially lower inference costs at scale.

If external customers adopt TPUs, the market will shift fast.

Anthropic vs. Open AI, which one will hit Wall Street first?
 
Anthropic is racing OpenAI to the stock market as Wilson Sonsini, a veteran of Google and LinkedIn listings is reportedly engaging with the company to prepare for a potential public offering.

This is a sign the AI rivalry is moving from model performance to market power. 

If Anthropic goes public first, it could set the tone for how investors value advanced AI companies, their safety approaches, and their revenue paths. 

The AI competition is expanding, and now it’s happening on Wall Street too.

Anthropic’s engineers now do over half their work with AI, problem or progress?

In a new internal study, they surveyed 132 engineers, ran 53 interviews, and analyzed 200K Claude Code sessions.

The result? engineers now use Claude for 59% of their work and report roughly a 50% productivity boost. 

The upside? people feel faster, more capable, and finally able to ship projects that used to sit on the “nice to have” list. 

But some worry they’re practicing core skills less, talking to coworkers less, and not sure what their job looks like in a few years.

This might be an early preview of what AI-augmented work will look like for the rest of us.

Google AI is eating the web, starting with recipes.

According to The Guardian, Google’s AI-generated recipe summaries are wrecking the livelihoods of food bloggers and recipe creators.

AI now shows ingredients and steps directly in search and users no longer need to click the original blogs.

That means less traffic. Less ad revenue. And fewer ways for creators to survive.

And because recipes aren’t copyrighted, protections are limited.
