3️⃣ Match the angle to the format

Not every angle fits every format. Here's what I do:

→ Myth → Contrarian hook + breakdown
→ Lesson → List post with takeaways
→ How-to → Carousel with steps

4️⃣ Space them out

Don't post all five in one week.
Spread them across the next 2-3 weeks.
Your audience won't notice. But they'll remember.

You hear "personal brand" and shut down.

Good. That means you're paying attention.

The first time I heard the term, I was already building one. I just didn't know it was called that. And when I realized...

I rejected it completely.

Because "personal brand" sounds ridiculous. Distant. Corporate. Cold. Like... what am I, a product on sale? Is someone supposed to buy me or the air around me?

Why should I be branded? I'm a human being.

The whole thing felt absurd. But then something clicked. I wouldn't call it "personal brand." I'd call it leaving a footprint in this noisy distracted world.

Because look at this.

Even if we have the same role, the same title, or worked at the same company... You are completely different from me. And because of that...

YOU can offer something I never could.

Your perspective. Your lessons. Your voice. This isn't reserved for influencers. It isn't for the "chosen few." It just takes time.

Because without it, you're just a number.

Employee # 3,875,386 in the world. Replaceable. Forgettable. Silent. When you leave, they move on. Seven years of loyalty gone in one goodbye email.

But a footprint? That stays. Serves you forever.

And yes, the beginning is hard.

The first weeks are confusing. You don't know where to start. But frameworks exist. Systems exist. I use them. I share them. Here and in my community.

So "not knowing where to start" isn't really an excuse.

The real challenge is consistency. Understanding that this isn't for the next few months. This is something that serves you for life.
